Design Concept

The concept reflects a new definition of urban luxury, rooted in authenticity, craftsmanship, and functionality. The design celebrates the original Georgian proportions — high ceilings, sash windows, and arches — enhanced by sculptural lighting, bespoke joinery, and natural textures. The exposed brick walls and steel pillars preserves the industrial originality.
A neutral palette of stone, oak, steel, and linen evokes calm sophistication, while the play of light and material contrast gives each room depth and character.

Client Brief

The client sought a flagship apartment that would set a new benchmark for future developments within the building. Their vision emphasized modern refinement, cultural depth, and livable elegance, departing from traditional notions of opulence.
